How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original packaging. Please ensure the product is unused and the seal is intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all tonies® hardware products come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
